Distiller Wins WildTurkey.info Decision

As posted on UDRPlaw: "Austin, Nichols & Co., makers of the well-known Wild Turkey brand bourbon, won their case against the registrant of WildTurkey.info in the National Arbitration Forum. At some point during the dispute, the registrant put photos of turkey hunts up on the website. Judge Paul Dorf determined that the domain name had been registered in bad faith."

I was involved in the drafting of this, my first, UDRP case, which fortunately, came out in favor of our client. It's nice to finally be able to put theory into practice.
