Eldred v. Ashcroft

WaPo: Professor Lawrence Lessig argued on behalf of the Public Domain and before the Supreme Court yesterday that the Sono Bono Copyright Term Extension Act is violative of the Constitution which grants copyright protection only for ''limited times'' in order to ''promote the progress of science and useful arts.''
