Is this guy for real? Lawyers are people too?

Carl T. Bogus, in a NYT article Stop the Clock? Critics Call the Billable Hour a Legal Fiction, noted that "no human being can be productive every minute of the workday. Lawyers must eat, interact socially with co-workers, walk down the hall for a cup of coffee, speak on the phone with spouses or friends and conduct personal business with people who can be reached only during business hours. Lawyers must also devote time to client development, administrative matters and professional activities."

Since this is from a 1996 law journal article, we'll excuse the fact that he forgot to say that a lawyer must also blawg. Nevertheless, it's an interesting thought... can I e-mail this article to my boss? Now back to work.

One other quick non law related item. Grand Theft Auto (4): Vice City comes out today. This may require me to call in sick tomorrow. See review.
