Falwell must disprove that he's a "False Prophet"

This lawsuit, filed by the Rev. Jerry Falwell against a parody Web site, is interesting for two reason: the web site's lawyers argue that 1) the action should be dismissed because the Baptist minister cannot disprove the site's claim that he is a false prophet and 2) Virginia lacks jurisdiction over the Highland Park, Ill. web site.
