Ebay Winter Fashion Blowout

As a trademark attorney, there are often opportunities to find work just by browsing the internet, such as metatag infringement, domain name cybersquatting and the sale of counterfeit or infringing products via online stores. In addition to trawling web sites, there is always the odd online auction that may be passing off famous branded goods as the real thing. The problem is that there are so many auctions going on at any one time that the amount of work required is too time consuming to allocate an attorney or an even more valuable paralegal to the task. So what's my point? The job just got easier since Ebay (more and more the attorney's friend) has compiled a listing of search links to individual listing of famous designer branded goods all on one page. Happy bargain hunting.
