Venkat Balasubramani provides an analysis of the 9th Circuit case involving an actor from Deep Space Nine who is suing over an allegedly libelous personals ad posted to Matchmaker.com and whether the Communications Decency Act will insulate the site from liability "for material that others post on their sites or send through their servers and networks." see also Disorder in the court [c|net News.com]
