Denise has a wonderful new blawg design. Ernie celebrates a year of blawging and Jonas' Blawgistan Times has been named netlawtools' site of the month.
Update: Jason Krause at the ABAJournal.com has an article on the evolution of internet legal research, with quotes by Tom Mighell and Rory Perry. Congrats.
Also, The LitiGator has some thoughts on what it takes to create a good legal web log. I seem to be ok with 2.5 of his 4. 1) Frequent updates: I'll blog like a madman and then need a week off or sometimes the work schedule dictates. Nothing I can really do about this one. 2) Entertainment quality: I have been making an effort lately to boost the entertainment level of this site -- we'll see how it goes. 3) Substantive outside information: I've definitely got "links to outside sources" covered as I am the #115 overall most prolific linker according to the blogging ecosystem. 4) Focus: copyright, trademark, parody, fair use and technology legal issues.
