Excellent Q ala Search King from MicroDoc News

"FoxNews a major news website has a contractor advertising text links on its front page. Obtaining a link to one's website from this page would provide substantial PageRank (page rank) being that the FoxNews site is a PR8. Is this allowable under the Google Inc., Page Rank scheme and will FoxNews be penalized by Google Inc., for selling Page Rank?" [Microdoc News] Background on Searchking here.
