Lazyblawg RFC (request for comments) on the DMCA:

Building on a previous query... does anyone believe that circumvention of a paid subscription's web site's user login area in order to gain access to copyrighted content by modifying a url, e.g. http://kjhlaw.us/Content?page#=UserLogin&c=165 to http://kjhlaw.us/jsp/article.jsp?id=165, could constitute a violation of the DMCA?
