Marty has Strong Words for Commercial Resellers of Law Blog Content

I'm aware of the first organization, I'll have to do some research to determine who is the second.
I am very happy to make an RSS feed of this web site available to aggregators who make NON-COMMERCIAL use of the feed. Also, there is someone out there who appears to be attempting to sell access to various law blog archives as a premium service.
