Nanopublisher unearths NY Press' Hidden Text

Gawker has unearthed hidden text in a NY Press article, Meanwhile, here at home, by highlighting the left side of the page. I've also taken a look at their source code and it is all laid out right there near the top. Is this another example of a news site trying to up their page rank (current value of PR6) and put one past Google?

With the Search King case still pending it will be interesting to see how Google reacts to these latest attempts to profit from the page rank system. As an aside, it is an interesting development that the internet news community has taken to policing page rank.
