No transfer of domain after relationship sours

WIPO ICANN UDRP panelist has refused to transfer urbani.com to the Italian trademark holder after its relationship with a U.S. distributor, who registered the domain, soured. The panelist found that the domain was registered with the approval of the trademark holder at a time when the two companies were on good terms.
