Finally, someone is starting to think about the Unconstitutionality of the Super-DMCA:

several people actually -- over on GrepLaw. I had originally thought about it in terms of pre-emption as does this commenter, but the original post has a good point about censorship as well. Hopefully this will get a good discussion going. Maybe Derek or a law student blawger has time for some research?
