Jonas discusses a very interesting domain name related lawsuit between

New.Net v. Lavasoft. NewDotNet (maybe MS should consider a trademark suit) sells non-standard domain names by surreptitiously installing software on your computer. Lavasoft removes it. He's also looking for the complaint if anyone can share it.
