natwestbanksucks.com loses WIPO UDRP proceeding

WIPO ICANN UDRP Panelist transfers natwestbanksucks.com to the Natwest Bank. The site was used as a criticism site. The panelist ruled that other domains could be registered to engage in criticism and that a disclaimer on the site served "little or no purpose." [via BNA's ILN]

This seems at odds with many recent federal court decisions. See e.g. Diverting Traffic On The Web: Trademarks And The First Amendment.
