OT: Starbucks stops photographers from snapping pics

Lessig: "I wonder what would happen if hundreds of people from around the country experimented this holiday weekend by taking pictures at their local Starbucks..."

Donna Wentworth: "So, is everyone who took a photo in Starbucks this weekend liable for contributory trade dress infringement? Or is all of this a joke?"
