Barcelona.com Decision Reversed

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed the decision of the Eastern District of Virginia court awarding the domain name barcelona.com to the City of Barcelona. The decision, concluding that the original domain name registrant had lawfully registered barcelona.com is posted here.
