California Court of Appeals refuses to enforce clickwrap arbitration clause

In Yun v. Ibid.com, an unpublished case, the court refused to enforce an arbitration clause found in a clickwrap agreement. The court ruled that Ubid could not compel arbitration with regard to the plaintiff's claims, which focused on unfair competition and false advertising based on shipping charges for an online purchase.
