Deep-linking controversy amongst competitors

Vin Crosbie of Emedia Tidbits over at Poynter is reporting that computer-magazine publisher IDG is blocking a competitor from hyperlinking to content published on its sites: According to MediaSurvey.com (a paid-access site), IDG has technologically blocked the employees of Network World and TechTarget magazines from reading content on IDG sites such as Computerworld and InfoWorld magazines.
