NJ res plead guilty to felony copyright infringement in the Southern District. Prosecutors said he had obtained a promotional videotape of "The Hulk," copied it onto his personal computer and made it available in a chat room two weeks before the public release of the movie. Apparently, he had gotten a "work print" of the film from a friend who had been loaned a copy by another person at a New York City advertising agency.

The best part is that the he showed up for his plea hearing in Manhattan federal court wearing a dark green suit and a green necktie. He faces up to three years in prison, and a fine up to $250,000 or twice the gain or loss from the offense. Sentencing scheduled for Sept. 26th.
