Obvious parody need not be transferred

WIPO ICANN UDRP panelist has refused to transfer aberzombie.comDEPROGRAM THE MASSES to clothing retailer Abercrombie & Fitch. The panelist ruled that the site was an obvious parody and that it was not confusingly similar to the retailer's trademark. [via BNA's Internet Law News] Read the decision. Note: what's interesting is that aberzombie actually offers to sell products and were still found to be ok.
