Web site raises first amendment, privacy and linking concerns

Judge Diana Lewis of Circuit Court in West Palm Beach has issued an order prohibited Tucker Max from writing about or mentioning on his web site or even linking to Miss Vermont Katy Johnson's website, after she brought suit against him alleging invasion of privacy for this story. Adam Liptak, of the NYT, reports that the "judge also prohibited Max from "disclosing any stories, facts or information, notwithstanding its truth, about any intimate or sexual acts engaged in by" Ms. Johnson. That prohibition is not limited to his Web site." (my emphasis)
