Can't preview film clips online

Third Circuit enjoins Video Pipeline from displaying two minute internet film clips, denying VP's fair use claim. Video Pipeline v. Buena Vista Home Entertainment.

Why not? No commentary, commercial use. Looks like a good decision based on my brief review of the decision.
