The more files I have available for upload the faster I can download songs from Kazaa.
The more files I have available for upload the more likely the RIAA is to subpoena my ISP for personally identifiable information and bring a lawsuit against me for billions of dollars.
This problem only exists because the RIAA has purposefully declined to quantify the phrase "a substantial amount" in order to intentionally Vex Music Traders.
