Don't Accept the RIAA's Amnesty Agreement

Julie Hilden on Findlaw: "Worse, the individual’s admission to the RIAA ... may be used against him or her in a court proceeding by some other plaintiff down the road. Indeed, it could even theoretically be used in a criminal case alleging some kind of fraud; or a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act; or some other criminal claim that might be a stretch, but might still be brought.
