House Calls

I went a visiting to some other legal blogs and here's what I returned with:

Ernie the Attorney makes a great point about the law school tier system: "I've met a lot of amazing lawyers who didn't go to top-tier law schools, and I've met even more who went to elite schools and were incapable of making a persuasive argument in court."

Steve Covell has created Blogger Forum, a Blogger support site.

Carolyn Elefant reports that I know longer have to work out of my parents basement when practicing law in New Jersey.
