Shady / Aftermath on the Hook

Harlene Stein is suing Eminem over the rapper's unauthorized sampling, of a musical piece titled "Pigs Go Home", authored by her husband Ronald, on "Guilty Conscience" off of "The Slim Shady LP" which sold nearly five million copies. Marshall apparently failed to credit Ronald Stein as the piece's composer in the liner notes and has not paid his widow for the use of the composition. [The Smoking Gun]
