reporting on what is called "Cyberbullying:" a phenomenon creating problems among school children in which Cyber-bullies abuse their access to the Internet, cell phones, and other gadgets by using technology to spread rumors and threaten or intimidate victims on website bulletin boards or via instant messaging and e-mail.
