More on Can Spam

According to Squillante and Raff the CAN-SPAM Act is more likely to result in an an increase in spam "thanks to its guidelines for legally sending unsolicited commercial email" and by placing the "burden for avoiding unwanted commercial email falls on the individual to unsubscribe."
