Mythic online gaming sues Microsoft for trademark infringement

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Va., asks for a to-be-determined amount of damages and a permanent injunction barring Microsoft from using "Mythica" to identify its game. In the complaint, Mythic alleges that Microsoft's use of "Mythica" is causing gamers to "confuse or mistake Microsoft's goods and services for those offered by Mythic." [source: WSJ.com]
