Optima sues Roxio over recordable cdrom

Macworld UK: "The legal action ... asserts that Roxio is infringing Optima's patent for a 'Recordable CDROM Accessing System,' software that enables users to burn photographs, music, video and data onto recordable CD's. Optima is seeking unspecified damages, royalties and legal fees from Roxio."
