RIAA asks and they shall receive

The RIAA has forced the transfer of SBC action (contending that the record industry's subpoenas for information on subscribers to Internet service providers were unconstitutional) to the Federal Circuit who previoulsy ruled against Verizon, requiring the ISP to reveal the names of their customers swapping files online.
