now that The Porning Report is dead someone is going to have to cover the "porn industry's integration into mainstream, and the legal and business issues it raises."

Make it more like Overlawyered meets Porning Report. I can just imagine one headline now: Lawsuit sparked by driver who crashes while watching porn on other driver's dvd player [BoingBoing points to this CNN piece]

Also, AVN [pff] is reporting that the Senate Committee unanimously passed their version of the Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act yesterday after adding five amendments to the bill.
