FTC Says Pornographic Spam Must Be Labeled

WaPo: Starting May 19th, the Federal Trade Commission will require [pdf] all pronographic spam-mail to contain a "SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT" warning on the subject line so Internet users can easily filter it out; also the messages will not be allowed to contain graphic material.
