Google Blog has Launched

Ev has the first post up over here.
  • Googleblog
  • Google blog somewhat less than 'bloggy'

This whole blogger re-launch has had me racing to upgrade my site; they offered lots of new tags and templates and COMMENTS and the ability to add previous posts and your profile to your sidebar. Exhausting.

The whole process has me feeling a lot like Tony does here. At least I didn't lose anything. The difficulty is trying to decide whether to keep my old haloscan comments or go with Blogger. Only problem is that you have to do that whole MT thing where you have a post per page. That is way too much bandwidth for my previous 930 posts. So I'll probably keep going for the rest of the month as is and then set up a new blog to post from and use the new template with a page per post and blogger comments. We'll see.

And what the hell happened to the POST (but don't publish) option.
