The Ethics of Sponsored Links
Inter Alia points to this interesting article reporting that the Kentucky Bar Association will be considering the ethical, not the ip, issues involved where one lawyer arranged to have his ad appear in Google's sponsored links whenever potential clients searched for his competitor's name. The funny part is that the two Kentucky attorneys specialize in lawyer ethics. (Web ad for lawyer linked to competitor spurs dispute, Courier Journal.com, July 6, 2004).
