Geico to sue Google over Adwords

EDVA Judge Brinkema will allow the case to proceed saying that the line of cases relied on by Geico (1-800-Contacts v. WhenU and Playboy v. Excite and Netscape) seemed better reasoned. (Geico gets green light to sue Google, Overture)
