My only issues thus far has to do with an email upgrade that cut off service for a few hours, but I don't think the site has gone down at all. Been using it for almost two years. Pretty good support as well.
I wouldn't even have thought to post about them but I just increased my storage capacity by 600%. From 50mb to 300mb for only an extra $5/mos ($10 total).
Needed the upgrade because the password protected photoblogs I maintain for the offspring are starting to eat up storage space.
