Blawger Bowl Update

Congratulations to Bizz Bang Buzz for stomping me in the inaugural Blawger Bowl fantasy football Championship game and thanks to all the other fine (mostly ip) blawgers who participated.

Week 10
With just 3 weeks of the regular season left, it seems that everyone still has a shot at the 5 remaining playoff spots.

Invent Blog, who was the first to clinch his spot last week, and remains undefeated on the season, narrowly defeated the 6-4 Libertarians (who in fact refuses to make either waiver or lineup transactions) and played without a RB or K. We'll put an asterisk next to IB's 10-0* record.

TLA (at 8-2; clinched and currently in 2nd place) crushed the 2-7-1 Importance of who is currently at work on his tenth new blawg project.

Patently Obvious (at 7-3, clinched a P.O. spot and in 3rd) destroyed the last place Bye Week who no matter how hard he tries just isn't able to get the right mix of players.

The always busy Bizz Bang Buzz team squeaked out a victory against Ernie Attorney moving both teams to .500 and currently tied for the 5th and 6th playoff spots.

Dallas Cowboy groupie and Jason Whitten lover Actual Malice was able to pull out the controversial MNF victory over a CRC team that was attempting to induce another victory. AM's victory moves it into a tie with CRC for the 7th and 8th playoff spots.

Unbillable Hours had an impressive victory over Promote the Progress and is currently a 1/2 game out of the final playoff spot. The loss dropped Promote to a full game out.

Week 6
CRC rounds up.

Week 5
Dennis Crouch, Patent Attorney at MBHB LLP, one time google news source and his 4-1 Patently Obvious team offer this week's Memo. Interestingly, the other 4-1 (me) will be matched up with him this sunday. Invent Blog is 5-0.

WEEK 4
Buchanan is back from the men's room and out of the cellar to offer this week's Memo.

WEEK 2
Unbillable Hour's recap has me crying (from laughter).

I beat J. Matthew Buchanan's respectable Promote the Progress team since Buchanan, as UH notes, was busy during most of the game, hanging out by the hand dryers in the mens' room to notice that some of his squad landed on IR. Plus I snagged Roy Williams.
