Apparently when the Mr. Incredible guy has to go into the super hero identity change program, they give him the most ordinary and boring job in the world so no one would ever guess who he is, they mak him a claims boy. Xxx told me that they have him in a sea of cubes and he hates his job and when things seem to be going bad he just screams that he's in claims. Now that she has seen it mocked on the movie screen she truly believes how terrible it is.
