Internet Archivist to Speak at LoC

Brewster Kahle, founder and digital librarian of the Internet Archive, will speak Mon., Dec. 13 at the Library of Congress on the progress being made to achieving the goal of making all published works available to anyone without breaking the law. The Internet Archive was founded in 1996 to offer permanent access for researchers, historians, scholars and the general public to Internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form.
