New Jersey to Open Virtual Courtroom Doors

Oral arguments held before New Jersey’s Supreme Court will be webcast starting monday January 3, 2005 via njcourtsonline.com or at this link.

The first argument to air online is The Times of Trenton v. Lafayette Yard. The summary for this argument reads, "Is defendant, a private entity designated by the City of Trenton to redevelop City land, a public body within the meaning of the Open Public Meetings Act?"
