Scroogle
While Paid Content points to John Battelle's post on the legal conundrum that is Scroogle, a site that scrapes google's search results and then redisplays them sans ads in "the public's interest". Also covered by techdirt here. In my mind, Feist covers this -- meaning that sweat of the brow plus a modicum (sic) of originality (Page Rank) equals copyrightability.
Google offers search without ads as well.
