No More Late Fees

But did you know that now you've bought it? Well apparently my current home state of NJ thinks its important to teach out of state businesses like Blockbuster that they can't deceive the poor inhabitants of Joisey.

State Attorney General Peter C. Harvey charged that Blockbuster failed to disclose key terms in the policy, including that overdue rentals are automatically converted to a sale on the eighth day after the due date.

Blockbuster retorted, however, that if the customer returns the movie or game in the next 30 days, they will get a refund for the purchase but will be charged a restocking fee of $1.25.

I personally like Netflix.
