Music Industry Concedes Defeat in Grokster

That headline may be a bit over the top for a non 4-1 post; but I think the fact that they've brought a new round of consumers lawsuits, may surely be considered a sign (just my opinion):

Music Industry Sues Seven in South Carolina
"We believe it is critical to simultaneously send a message to individual users of these pirate networks: They can be caught and face consequences for their illegal actions," said Jenni Engebretsen, spokeswoman for the Recording Industry Association of America.

I've only been reading for a month or two. And you post so prolificlly (which is a good thing!) that it's sometimes hard to keep up with everything. I guessed that you would probably take some interest in the post, but you never know. After all you did work in IP at law firms (which is not to say that all industry lawyers are anti-P2P). Anyway, I just didn't want to be to presumptious. Thanks for the link!
