Cardozo School of Law/Yeshiva University's Uri and Caroline Bauer Distinguished Visitor Program presents Tom Rubin, Associate General Counsel, Microsoft Corporation, discussing Intellectual Property and Digital Piracy. Mr. Rubin heads the Copyright, Trademark and Trade Secret Group and leads a 30-member team that is responsible for the creation and strategic management of Microsoft's extensive international intellectual property portfolio.
