blogs are worth protecting
Jeremy Blachman has an op-ed contribution in today's NYT Job Posting: Why we should be allowed to blog about the office -- "But when it comes to keeping your job - at least in the private sector - the law hardly protects anyone."
Also, there's a free WSJ article today -- Blog Faces Lawsuit Over Reader Comments: "Is the owner of a Web log legally responsible for comments posted by readers of the site?"
