7 Deadly Statements: Chastity
When I was studying for the bar I made up this great one-liner that included all the defamatory per se statements under New York Law. In this week's Writ, Julie Hilden discusses whether promiscuity is still a slur or whether you can call someone a sex crazed nympho in New York.
