The American Lawyer Associate Satisfaction Survey was released this week and the results are none too good for BIGLAW firms in Philadelphia. You can find it at AmericanLawyer.com//// Not a single one could manage a ranking over 4 and one firm even found itself plummeting by over a 100 places from 21 to 122 in the overall ranking. The bottom five firms in Philadelphia, which include Wolf, Block / Reed Smith / Montgomery, McCracken / Duane Morris and Fox Rothschild, also find themselves in the bottom third of the rankings. Its really no surprise to this Legal Blawgr to find Reed Smith rounding out the bottom 4, what with its inability to handle the work/life balance issue.
