Apple beats Beatles and GC beats it
Apple's General Counsel Nancy Heinen, who was their highest-ranking female executive, left the company without saying why. This news was reported on the heels of Apple Computer victory of Apple Corps where a British court ruled that the iTunes Music Store violated the parties’ 1991 Trademark Agreement.
